This online course provides a comprehensive overview of the Indiana Worker's Compensation Act including the current structure of the Worker's Compensation Board of Indiana. The five (5) basic elements of compensability will be discussed including calculation of disability benefits, average weekly wage and permanent partial impairment ratings.
